30-Day Return Policy
Eligibility: You may return non-defective, unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition: The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Defective Item Return and Replacement
Notification: If you receive an item that is defective or not functioning as expected, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Documentation: Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos of the defective item.
Return Process: We will review the information and, if the defect is confirmed, provide you with instructions for returning the defective item. We will also issue a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the defective item, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement of the item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Costs: We will cover all return shipping costs for defective items.
Custom Items
Non-Returnable: Custom items, including but not limited to personalized or made-to-order products, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions: Custom items are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement unless damaged when you received the item.
